Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Trip Tickets, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Booking & Payment
Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options as displayed during checkout. Payment must be received in full before tickets are issued.
Service Fees
Service fees and booking charges are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. These fees cover the cost of processing your transaction and providing customer support.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by event and are clearly stated during the booking process. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organizer.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund including service fees. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Event Changes
If an event is rescheduled or the venue is changed, your tickets will remain valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund as per the organizer’s policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or card issuer.
No-Show Policy
Tickets are non-refundable if you fail to attend the event. Please ensure you verify event details including date, time, and location before attending.
Ticket Usage & Transfer
Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated. Each ticket is unique and can only be used once. Duplicates or photocopies will not be accepted.
Entry Requirements
You must present your valid ticket (digital or printed) along with a valid ID at the venue entrance. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking unless the ticket is transferable.
Ticket Transfer
Some tickets may be transferred to another person through our platform. Transfer policies vary by event. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation without refund.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please keep your tickets secure and contact us immediately if you experience any issues.
Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent Use
You may not use our platform for any fraudulent purposes or in connection with any criminal or illegal activity. Violations may result in account termination and may be reported to authorities.
Unauthorized Resale
Reselling tickets at prices higher than face value (scalping) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be cancelled.
Account Misuse
You may not create multiple accounts, share accounts, or use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets. Such activities may result in immediate account suspension and ticket cancellation.
Content Violations
You may not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content through our platform.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on Trip Tickets, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trip Tickets or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User Content
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimer
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Third-Party Events
We act as an intermediary between you and event organizers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events, or the ability of organizers to fulfill their obligations.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tickets in question, or $100, whichever is less.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Changes to Terms
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Notification
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to these terms, such as posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
